Meet the Chef
David has many qualifications including culinary classes and restaurant management classes from College of the Ozarks and the National Restaurant Association. He’s also a current member of the ACF (American Culinary Federation) and has 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He worked as a chef at the Keeter Center for over 2 years creating ice sculptures on top of creating new dishes and presentations. He also was employed as a chef and management by Cantina Laredo helping train for two new restaurants in Philadelphia and London. Cooking is his passion as can be seen through his presentation, food quality & consistency. He is a husband and father to 3 beautiful children and calls Branson, Missouri and Table Rock Lake his home.
