Shriner’s Fishing Tournament Results

Another successful Shriner’s Fishing Tournament as the Shell Knob area Shriner’s held their 37th Annual Int’l Bass Tourney here at King’s River Marina and Table Rock Lake April 27th – April 29th. The Weekend event began Friday evening of the 27th with a total of 63 teams participating. A weekend of food, fun and weigh-ins was had as all Shriners were treated to a delicious & discounted Porterhouse Steak at Carmelina’s Italian Bistro following the days’ events.

The weekend’s teams saw a total of 254 bass caught and released. Largemouth, Kentucky & Smallmouth Bass were all allowed in final tallies with the largest fish of the day being a 4.42 pound caught by Rick Anderson and Clay Pierce. That fish awarded them a brand-new Tracker Grizzly bass boat donated by Tracker Marine.

1st Place: Ryan & Brett Groeteke | 30.47 pounds total weight

2nd Place: Finley & Coomer

3rd Place: Oliverson & Lege

4th Place: Wilcox & Hedgepeth
